The Brief

Radiant is a women’s-only strength training gym built to help women develop more than just physical strength. The brand exists to foster confidence, resilience, and community in a supportive environment where progress is measured by capability, not appearance. They partnered with PulseFit Marketing to create a brand strategy and identity that would reflect their mission and build a powerful, welcoming presence from day one.

The Challenge

Radiant was entering a fitness market often dominated by aesthetics-driven messaging and intimidating environments. They needed a brand that clearly stood for something different — strength, empowerment, and support. Without a defined strategy and cohesive identity, it would be difficult to communicate their purpose, attract the right audience, and build trust with women seeking a judgement-free environment. They needed a brand that made women feel strong before they even stepped inside.

We began with brand strategy, defining Radiant’s core purpose, audience, and positioning around empowerment through strength training. This created a clear foundation for messaging focused on confidence, resilience, and community rather than appearance. We then developed a bold identity system designed to feel strong, modern, and welcoming. The visual language balanced power with approachability, ensuring the brand resonated with both beginners and experienced lifters. The identity was designed to work across every touchpoint — from digital platforms to merchandise and in-gym branding — creating a consistent and recognisable presence that reinforced Radiant’s mission.
