The purpose

Your identity should connect your website, your space and your everyday communications. We turn a clear brand direction into a usable system of marks, type, colour and imagery, with guidance your team can put to work.

What the work can include

Scope agreed around you

A clear scope.
Useful outputs.

These are the building blocks of our identity work. Your proposal sets out the specific deliverables, review stages and handover for your project.

01

Brand Strategy

A full workshop or strategy session that defines your positioning, target audience, brand values, personality, and competitive landscape. The foundation every decision gets built on.

02

Logo & Mark

A distinctive logo system — primary mark, responsive variants, and icon or sub-mark where relevant. Designed for digital and physical environments equally.

03

Colour Palette

Primary, supporting and neutral colours, with practical combinations and contrast guidance for digital and print applications.

04

Typography System

Curated font pairings with usage rules — heading weights, body copy, caption styles, and hierarchy guidelines so your brand always reads consistently.

05

Brand Guidelines

A complete reference document covering logo usage, colour, type, imagery style, tone of voice, and dos/don'ts. Gives your team or freelancers everything they need to stay on-brand.

06

Social Templates

Designed Canva or Figma templates for posts, stories, and reels — so you can create on-brand content fast without design software skills.

07

Print Collateral

Business cards, flyers, posters, and signage artwork — all production-ready and formatted for your chosen print supplier.

How it comes together

Clear decisions at every stage.

We agree the brief first, review the work together and make each next step clear.

Our approach
  1. Discovery & Brief

We spend time understanding your business, your clients, your competition, and your ambitions. A detailed brand brief aligns us before any design work begins.

  2. Brand Strategy

Workshop or session-based strategy development — positioning, personality, audience, and brand architecture. The strategic platform that every creative decision gets built on.

  3. Creative Direction

We present a defined creative direction before designing a single logo — moodboards, references, and a rationale that gives you confidence in the direction before we build.

  4. Design & Build

Full brand system design — logo, colour, typography, templates, and collateral. Delivered in rounds of focused feedback, not endless revisions.

  5. Delivery & Handover

An organised handover of final artwork, vector logos, colour references and brand guidelines, with any third-party font or image licensing requirements clearly identified.

A few practical questions

Before we begin.

If your question is specific to your business, we can talk it through.

How long does a branding project take?

Timelines depend on scope — a focused brand kit typically takes 2–3 weeks, a full studio brand system 4–6 weeks, and a premium rebrand 8–12 weeks. We deliberately limit active projects so you get full attention throughout.

Do I need brand strategy or can I just get a logo?

We start by understanding your audience, offer and positioning. That can be a focused brief or a deeper strategy project, depending on what is already in place. We agree the right level before design begins.

What if I already have a logo I want to keep?

We can work with existing marks as a starting point — however, our process will still audit what's working and what isn't. Sometimes a refinement is all that's needed; sometimes a full redesign makes more commercial sense. We'll be honest.

Will I own the final files?

Your agreement sets out ownership and the final files included in the handover. Third-party fonts, photography or software can carry separate licences; we identify those requirements before they are used.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. All packages are available on a 3-payment plan spread across the project timeline. The first payment secures your start date.
