The Brief

Arc-X MusicBoost is a performance music app designed for athletes using wearable technology such as Whoop, Garmin, and Polar. Built to enhance training through adaptive music, the app needed a growth engine capable of reaching serious athletes and driving consistent user acquisition. They partnered with PulseFit Marketing to build a scalable system combining paid acquisition with authentic, creator-led content.

The Challenge

Arc-X MusicBoost had a clear product and audience, but lacked a reliable acquisition system to scale growth. To succeed, they needed more than ads. They needed credible content that resonated with performance-focused athletes, alongside a structured system to attract, test, and convert new users efficiently. Without authentic creative and a defined acquisition process, scaling would be slow and inconsistent.

Our Approach

How we solved it.

We built a dedicated App Growth Engine combining creator-led content and targeted acquisition. We sourced and reached out to fitness creators and influencers aligned with the Arc-X brand, managing relationships and coordinating the production of on-brand user-generated content. This ensured the creative felt authentic, credible, and relevant to serious athletes. Alongside this, we launched and supported targeted Meta advertising campaigns focused on wearable technology users — Arc-X’s exact target demographic. We implemented a structured creative testing framework, continuously testing and optimising creator content and ad creatives to identify the highest-performing assets and improve acquisition efficiency.
