How much should I budget for paid advertising?

For most fitness businesses, we recommend a minimum of £500/month in ad spend to gather enough data and generate consistent results. Our management fee is separate from your ad budget. We'll give you a specific recommendation based on your goals and market.

Do I need a rebrand before starting marketing?

Not necessarily — but your marketing is only as effective as your brand allows it to be. If your brand isn't communicating premium, ads won't fix it. We'll tell you honestly whether your brand will support effective marketing before we start.

How long until I see results?

Paid advertising can generate enquiries within days. Organic social and content marketing typically takes 60–90 days to build momentum. We set realistic timelines and expectations upfront — no promises we can't keep.

Do you manage my social accounts fully or just advise?

We offer both. Full-management means we handle strategy, content creation, scheduling, and community management. Advisory means we build the strategy and content plan, and you execute with our guidance. Most clients start on full-management.

Is there a minimum contract length?

Our marketing retainers are typically 3-month minimum terms, with monthly rolling after that. This gives us enough time to build momentum and give you a fair view of results.
